Application Online

This system has been developed to work with any modern browsers. It complies we all the norms & standards defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C - http://www.w3.org/) such as HTML4, CSS2 & XHTML 1.1.

If you are an Internet Explorer user, you may not know that this Browser offers a backward compatibilty with previous versions. If you have been redirected to the page below, it means that Internet Explorer is running in compatibility mode.

To revert to the compatibility mode:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Once loaded, hit the key [F12]. A specific pane should appear at the bottom.
  3. Look for Browser Mode and switch it back to the latest version of Internet Explorer available in the list
  4. Reload the main page of Application Online.

If you are still facing compatibility problems:

  1. We strongly encourage you to switch to an alternative modern Browser

This system has been tested with major brands of mobile devices running iOS, Android OS & Blackberry OS. However for your own comfort we suggest to use as a minimum a Tablet.

We recommend that you use a tablet as minimum

  1. iOS 5
  2. Android 4
  3. Blackberry OS 10

If you don't have an account:

  1. Click on the link Not Registered yet? from the Sign In page: https://apply.insead.edu/apply/auth/authentication
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to create your personal account.

OR

  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to create your personal account.

If you can't remember your credentials:

  1. Search in your mailbox for the confirmation email we sent you upon registering as it should be clearly stated in the message content.

OR

  1. Click on the link Forgotten your credentials? from the Sign In page: https://apply.insead.edu/apply/auth/authentication
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to recover your credentials.

OR

  1. Follow this link: https://apply.insead.edu/apply/auth/recover
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to recover your credentials.

If you are not able to sign in:

  1. Please refer to the credentials that you should have received by email upon your registration.
  2. Then carefully check that you are filling them properly.

OR

  1. The authentication server is temporarily unavailable. In this case we invite you to retry.

OR

  1. Contact our IT support for further information: Send an email to IT Support

Please note that this system is case sensitive and does not allow extra spaces before or after your username or password.

If case you don't have a last name, we invite you to tick the box Tick this box if you don't have a last name in order to proceed to STEP 2.

This might happen if you have been involved in one of our marketing campaigns, events or if you are an alumnus or someone affiliated with INSEAD.

If this happens:

  1. Click on the link recover your credentials
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to instantly create an account and recover your credentials.

If you still want to create a new account:

  1. Enter another valid email address which is not existing in Application online system
  2. Then proceed to step 3 (Refer to above screenshot)

Unfortunately you will not be allowed to register and apply to an INSEAD Programme without agreeing to our Privacy Policy.

In some rare cases the system will encounter some delay in sending you your confirmation email. This is usually happens close to application deadlines when many users are trying to access the system at the same time.

If you can't remember your credentials:

  1. Search in your junk mail in case our email address has been blacklisted by your service provider or your company (look for [email protected]).

If you have still not received the email:

  1. Click on the link Forgotten your credentials? from the Sign In page: https://apply.insead.edu/apply/auth/authentication/
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to recover your credentials.

If all the solutions above have been unsuccessful:

  1. Contact our IT support: Send an email to IT Support
  2. Please provide your contact details and any relevant information that might help us to solve your problem.

If you get the message Recover Failed

  1. Make sure you are using the same email as the one you used during the registration process
  2. Verify you have not mistyped your email

If you are still not able to recover your credentials

  1. Contact our IT support: Send an email to IT Support
  2. Please provide your contact details and any relevant information that might help us to solve your problem.

I can't find the email:

  1. Search in your junk mail in case our email address has been blacklisted by your service provider or your company (look for [email protected]).
  2. The delivery might take more time than expected and we encourage you to wait few more minutes.

  2. Please provide your contact details and any relevant information that might help us to solve your problem.

If you can't find any application forms, this means that it is currently an off period in which you are not allowed to apply for the Programme you are looking for. We suggest to have a look to the admission section of the Programme you are interested in: http://www.insead.edu/

The two icons located in the green top bar will act as follows:

  • The home icon (first one from the left) will bring you back to your dashboard
  • The printer icon (second one from the left) will generate an electronic copy of your application form that you will be allowed to save on your personal computer.

The icons located in the Content pane mean:

  • The Orange disc means you have incorrectly completed a required field. The number shown inside represents how many fields require attention. By clicking directly on the disc, an explicit description will appear.
  • The Pink/Red disc means you have incorrectly completed information in the relevant section. The number shown inside represents how many fields require attention. By clicking directly on the disc, an explicit description will appear.
  • The White tick means you have filled in all required sections without any errors.
